It's our mission to help you or your organization consistently perform toward the
upper range of your talent and skill regardless of the circumstances. To achieve
that objective, we use time-tested, research-based techniques to give you the tools
to think and act with unshakable confidence, Tiger Woods-like focus, and the utmost
composure in high pressure, high visibility situations.
This doesn't happen overnight. But by working with us, you'll learn a systematic
framework that provides a practical approach to developing powerful performance
skills—giving you the mental toughness skills to function at a very high level even
under the most adverse circumstances.
This is far from a "we say, you do" form of coaching. We use a highly interactive,
collaborative approach to create a program that suits your unique needs and circumstances.
While the specifics of an individual program might vary, all the programs we develop
for our clients include the following features:
- Assessment
- Goals and Planning
- Plan Implementation
Assessment: Everybody needs a starting point. The coaching process
begins with a structured conversation to get an accurate assessment of your current
mindset. By discovering your strengths, talents, skills, and goals, we can objectively
evaluate your limitations, identify your performance barriers, and address the factors
interfering with your success.
"You can observe a lot just by watching." Yogi Berra
Some of the assessment tools we use may include: The Values in Action Signature
Strengths inventory (VIA); the StrengthsFinder; the PsyCap Questionnaire (measures
psychological capital), a Mental Toughness Questionnaire; and The Attentional &
Interpersonal Style (TAIS) inventory, which measures the way individuals concentrate
and interact with one another and specifies what makes people fail or succeed.
Goals and Plans: Success is measured by results, not
intentions. With that thought in mind, we will work with you to establish clear,
CREDIBLE goals and turn those into plans with realistic milestones,
objectives, and deadlines.
"If you don't know where you are going, you will end up somewhere
else." Yogi Berra
Plan Implementation: Based upon your assessment and the goals you
set and your needs, we will work with you to create a solid, individualized plan
that may include any of the following:
Cognitive re-training: A time-proven method to elicit an awareness
and then change negative thinking patterns that create fear and block success.
Strengths-Training: A systematic approach that identifies and accentuates
your talents, values, and strengths to facilitate optimal performance.
Brain Training: Features many of the techniques used by champion
athletes like Cue-Induced Visualization, Mental Imagery Rehearsal, Mental Programming,
Concentration Meditation; Focusing strategies, the Enders Study/Rehearsal/Practice
Routine, and others.
Relaxation Training: While a little stress can get the juices going
and invigorate you, too much interferes with clear thinking and focus. By learning
Systematic Desensitization and other research-based techniques, you can control
how stress affects your performance and overall functioning.
Presentation Skills Training: Create a dynamic presence and shine
in the spotlight by incorporating techniques derived from theater and communications
experts.

Testimonial:
"We have brought several performance enhancement specialists to campus and Pamela
Enders's presentation was by far the best. Students were very engaged and receptive
for the duration of the four-hour session. Having a "live performance" segment of
the program allowed students to get immediate coaching and practice the skills they
had just learned. Given that student feedback was so positive, we would definitely
invite Pam back to work with Berklee students again."
